2016 Goat Milk CSA Information
CSA stands for “Community Supported Agriculture,” which is a way to support local farmers with an extended commitment. You buy a subscription to a “herd share,” and every week you receive a share of our grass-fed dairy goats' fresh organic, corn- and soy-free raw milk. We'll even deliver it right to your doorstep! We are not a Grade A Licensed Dairy, and therefore it is illegal for us to sell raw milk for human consumption. We can sell it as pet food or as milk for crafts, like soap-making.
For our Milk CSA, we ask people to commit to a regular pick-up day. You can choose a day that's convenient for you, but we like to schedule the Milk CSA members so that everyone gets the freshest milk possible (preferably milk from that morning's milking). In general, if you pick-up milk after 1 p.m., you will receive that days' milk. (because it's had time to chill). If you pick-up milk before 1 p.m., you will receive yesterday's milk.

2016 Summer CSA Shares Now Available!
Just like our Egg CSA, we offer "continuous signup" and delivery hold options. You can become a member at any time, buying a season at a time. If the season has already started, you can still sign up, and your cost will be pro-rated for the remainder of the season. We also offer vacation skips and seasonal holds, giving you credit for the weeks you do not get a delivery.
